A: Great. I can make better use of the commute time.
   I read books or listen to various podcasts.
* make (good/ better ) use of ~: ~를 (잘/ 더 잘) 활용하다, 쓰다
* 발음: I can(큰) make BETter USE of the COMmute time. 
B: Maybe I should try doing that too.

이수혁 주미대사는 북한을 대화의 장으로 다시 나오도록 할 방안을 한미 양국이 검토하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.

3. The New York Stock Exchange has said in a regulatory filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office that it wants to be a financial exchange for cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
뉴욕증권거래소가 미국 특허청에 제출한 규제 자료에서 암호화폐와 NFT에 대한 금융 거래소가 되고 싶다는 의사를 밝혔습니다.

4. The European Commission has set out a six billion-euro satellite communications plan as part of a push to cut the EU’s dependence on foreign companies.
유럽연합(EU) 집행위원회는 EU의 외국 기업 의존 현실을 타개하려는 노력의 일환으로, 60억 유로(한화 약 8조 천5백억 원) 규모의 위성통신 계획을 내놓았습니다.

5. A US steel mill has agreed to pay $3 million in fines for dumping toxins into Lake Michigan tributary that had led to fish kill and beach closures.
